Green travel can be fun!

This mini-post is a tiny bit more on how to get to a conference on the environment with breaking the environment.

Why should life be serious all the time?

The Rhineland in Germany is famous for “Frohsinn” which means “cheerfulness”. Their ability to manufacture good cheer comes out during Karneval, Germany’s answer to Mardi Gras.

So who could be better to ask than the Rhinelanders about how to be of good cheer while traveling on the train?

I asked this group of friends in the Euskirchen train station if I could take a photo to show what train travel is like.

They laughed and said, “Yes, this is how to take the train to Cologne!”
